Once I have registered and purchased a course how long do I get to take the course before it expires?

You have 30 days in which to take your course before it expires. After that time, you will need to re-purchase the course, or contact your employer/agency to request re-enrolment in the course.

If I don’t finish the course in one sitting, does it save where I was up to or do I have to start at the beginning again?

You can re-start the course from either the beginning, or any point up to where you were in the course.

How many attempts do I get on the tests?

You have 3 attempts at each test within each module.

What happens if I lose my user name and password?

On the login area of our Online Training System, click the link for "Forgot your password" or "Forgot your username", and follow the instructions to reset your details.

Can I get a copy of the certificate if my employer/agency has paid for the course?

You will need to request a copy from your employer/agency as the certificate belongs to them.

How long does it take for my certificate to come through?

Certificates will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Will the website remember me if I come back and purchase another course or do I have to register again?

Once you have been set up with a user ID and password to access our Online Training System, you can use the user name and password you created to log back in, and our system will remember your details.

What happens if I am doing the course out of hours eg whilst working a night shift and I run into problems – who do I contact?

You can either contact us by telephone and leave a message, or you can send an email using the Contact form on our website. All enquiries will be responded to within 1 working day.

What if I do not have access to a computer or internet – how can I do the course?

Please contact us, and we will be very happy to provide you with an alternative means of taking the course via Distance Learning, or classroom-based training.

What happens if I fail the course?

You have 3 attempts at the course tests. If you fail after 3 attempts, you will need to re-purchase the course, or contact your employer/agency to request re-enrolment to the course.

How can I pay over the phone?

If you are an independent candidate buying your own course, you can make payment by phone with a debit or credit card by phoning 01291 624451.

What happens once I have been enrolled on a course?

You will receive two emails as follows:
1. Welcome to your course email, which contains your course activation link.
2. If you paid using Paypal, you will receive a receipt for your payment from Paypal.

If you do not receive these emails, you should check your Junk or Spam folders in case your email software has filtered them. Add 'online@aci-training.co.uk' and 'training@aci-training.co.uk' and 'training@aci.training' to your Safe Senders or Whitelist to avoid our emails being incorrectly put into your Junk or Spam folders.
